Purple Haze

Wild blueberries, madame Jeanette peppers grown in Brussels, green apples, Sichuan pepper, lime, and ginger.

Released for the first time in 2021, it was the first European sauce made from blueberries.

The major difference with those of our competitors is that we do not use fruit puree (ever), nor sugar, but whole wild blueberries. That’s why even though it’s one of the sauces we are most often asked for (probably partly due to Hot Ones), we only make it in season, at the end of summer, and the difference is huge.

An amazing color and a tangy yet sweet aroma, carried by the power of the madame Jeanette pepper.

It’s the perfect sauce to accompany a cheese platter, steamed vegetables, white meats, or to add to a cocktail or on yogurt… It is strangely at home everywhere despite its WTF appearance.
