Next-level scrambled eggs.

Simple ingredients for a space-age result.



- 4 eggs

- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic

- 10 to 20g of salted butter

- 2 or 3 tablespoons of AMAÏ red hot sauce


It couldn't be simpler.


 Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the pressed or finely chopped garlic, and let it heat up a little.


Crack the eggs on top as if to fry them, increasing the heat slightly.


When the eggs are half cooked, add the hot sauce and start scrambling everything together with a spatula.


Stir until dry and serve immediately.
